Greeneville Light & Power Systems Even-Pay program is a levelized payment plan based on previous billing history. It is designed to allow customers to pay an Even amount each month instead of paying large amounts during the high usage months. By paying more during the low usage months (spring and fall) you build up a credit that helps pay those bills that are typically higher (summer and winter). Even-Pay is open to residential customers only. You must have lived in your present address for at least one year and your account must be paid on time. Even-Pay starts each year in June, call 423-636-6200 and ask about our Even-Pay program.

Greeneville Light & Power Systems Bank Draft plan allows you to pay your energy bill automatically. With Bank Draft, you save postage, time and worries because Greeneville Light & Power System works with your financial institution to automatically deduct your energy payment from your account. Implementation requires only written authorization from you and information regarding the bank account you desire to be drafted. For further information, call 423-636-6200 and ask about Bank Draft.

Project Care is a program that Greeneville Light & Power System offers to help those that sometimes cannot help themselves. The program collects money given by our customers to help pay energy bills of those customers that cannot pay. The money is collected with the electric bill and forwarded to Greeneville-Greene County Community Ministries where it is distributed. Any customer can sign up for Project Care on their utility bill and pay extra each month. Greeneville Light & Power System matches the money collected each month up to $2,000.00. Sign up and help out those who need it.
